1. Services
Luxe Reborn Leather Restoration Service (“Luxe Reborn,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional leather restoration, repair, recoloring, and maintenance services. Results may vary depending on the condition, age, and material of the item.
We do not guarantee that restored items will appear “brand new,” but we strive to achieve the highest possible quality and craftsmanship.
2. Quotes & Estimates
All quotes are estimates based on information and images provided by the customer.
Final pricing may change after in-person inspection.
Customers will be notified and must approve any price changes before work begins.
3. Turnaround Time
Turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to material availability, item condition, or workload. Luxe Reborn is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
4. Payment Terms
Full or partial payment may be required before services begin.
All prices are listed in AED (dirhams).
Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Accepted payment methods include Cash, Bank Transfer, (Card Payment-will be available soon).
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be requested before work begins.
Once restoration work has started, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate information regarding item condition and history
Disclose prior repairs, treatments, or damage
Properly package items for shipping (if applicable)
Luxe Reborn is not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed prior treatments or improper packaging by the customer.
7. Risk of Damage
Leather restoration involves inherent risks due to the nature of aged, worn, or delicate materials. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of unforeseen outcomes, including color variation, texture changes, or structural weakness.
Luxe Reborn is not liable for pre-existing damage or material failure during restoration.
8. Shipping & Handling
If shipping services are used:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise agreed
Luxe Reborn is not responsible for loss or damage caused by third-party carriers
Insurance is recommended for high-value items
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe Reborn’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Luxe Reborn Leather Restoration Service and may not be used without written permission.
11. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of UAE, without regard to conflict of law principles.
